DTTR Presenta: Right Away, Great Captain!
Right Away, Great Captain! es el proyecto en solitario del vocalista de Manchester Orchestra, Andy Hull. Ya Hull nos había sorprendido y no s había dejado con la boca abierta en sus dos primeros discos, The Bitter End y The Eventually Home. The Church of the Good Thief, sera el tercer disco y se lanzará en Junio. Podemos oír el primer destacable adelanto abajo (y pueden descargarla).
The Church of the Good Thief completara la trilogía de discos que explican o cuentan la saga de un marinero en el siglo 17, quién sorprende a su esposa en un acto de infidelidad con su propio hermano. El disco hablara sobre amor, amor incondicional.
“The Church of The Good Thief is a reference to two things: the name of the church Tupac went to everyday when he was in prison for two years and the story of the good thief from the bible meaning the good thief on whatever side of Christ that didn’t spit on him and asks for forgiveness and Christ says to him, ‘even though you’re being crucified you will be with me today’ and then there’s the other thief who did spit on Christ.
